We were born on 1 February 2017. A lot of water has passed under the bridge, although this year is proving especially unusual and uncertain. It is, however, a good moment to remind you that we are here.

Would you like to get to know the Red de Empresas de Auxilio en Carretera (REAC) through the words of some of its member companies? Eva Álvarez (Grúas Juan, León) speaks here on behalf of her long-established company, which has been part of REAC since its founding, and also from the association’s board of directors, on which she sits. “I have a very clear mission: to give visibility to the good practices that help my company and the sector,” says Álvarez.

A mission linked to synergy: a core value of REAC. In this respect, this businesswoman stresses what each business can contribute to the trade (professionalism and innovation, above all).

She also refers to the times we are living in. Given the pandemic and the uncertainty surrounding the immediate future… it is essential that we can count on one another: “[...] we want your charisma, your good faith and your strength…”.

What do we offer roadside assistance companies?

Protection and security, knowledge and security, active listening. These are the main contributions, explains the director of the León-based company. Board member Juan Villodre (manager of Grúas La Bruja, Ciudad Real) says that joining REAC “has been the best investment” he has made in his company, based in Almagro.

For Villodre, professionalisation and good management translate into occupational safety and a more profitable tow truck service. “Thanks to REAC, our clients see us as collaborators, partners.” As serious companies, free of malpractice, which must be avoided in the sector at all costs (accidents, labour inspections).

“Join REAC. We won’t let you down” (Juan Villodre)

From Cádiz, Grúas Marcos speaks through its representative, Marcos Carretero. Member number ten of the network, it joined the REAC organisation from the very beginning. “I want to offer everyone a message of unity, as well as of hope, for roadside assistance business owners and operators, all the more so in these very difficult times,” he stresses.

He also highlights REAC’s motto: “If you walk alone, you will get there faster. If we walk together, we will go further.”

Iker Arbelaiz, from Gipuzkoa, explains why Grúas Olalde joined REAC, “a seal of quality”:

  • For the advice it gives companies in all areas.
  • For its team of professionals, who resolve all the queries that arise every day.
  • For the synergies that arise between member companies.

If you have a roadside assistance company, if your clients are insurers and roadside assistance companies. If you are part of our sector. Don’t hesitate, join REAC! We are waiting for you with a great package of benefits! Visit our website and get in touch with our team, with no obligation.
