It includes the Operations Manual for the recovery of light/medium vehicles and for roadside assistance.

The aim has been to set out the operational knowledge and experience gathered over several years of work, so that it can help the workers who will carry out these tasks to anticipate risk situations based on this experience, adopting the appropriate measures for their health and safety, and to carry out the work properly and safely.
