- Level 2 Operator: The qualified professional. Trained to carry out more complex operations, including same-level recoveries, and to handle and lift loads using a self-loading crane.
- Level 3 Highly Qualified Operator: The elite of roadside assistance. Prepared for the most complex scenarios: vertical-drop recoveries, rescue of overturned or oversized vehicles, and assistance to vehicles classified under ADR (Dangerous Goods).

Safety starts at the coordination centre. Our courses for Dispatchers (Coordination Centre Operator) focus on:
- A specific description of the sector and its risks.
- Correct assessment of jobs in order to assign the appropriate resource and safety procedure.
