On-site repair was decisive in the awarding of the Best Supplier prizes. Four of the seven winners belong to the Red de Empresas de Auxilio en Carretera.
We at Red de Empresas de Auxilio en Carretera (REAC) are celebrating with great joy. On 28 March we learnt, through Seguros News, that Allianz Partners had presented its Best Supplier awards. The companies chosen are part of Allianz's own roadside assistance network.
The news is that, of the seven awards presented, four went to roadside assistance companies that are members of REAC, namely: Grupo Docu (Cáceres), Fermoauto (Madrid), Ortelli (Madrid) and Grúas La Variante (Murcia). The aim was to recognise the excellence of these companies' services, amid their current intense activity.
The volume of on-site repairs was a factor that had a positive influence on the awarding of these prizes, since, according to the insurer, it forms part of its sustainability and customer care strategy. The four award-winning companies have a wealth of
experience in the sector, moreover:

- Grupo Docu has been in the roadside assistance sector for more than 35 years, providing 24-hour assistance and recovery for light and heavy vehicles. It is a CARD centre (Authorised Vehicle Reception and Decontamination Centre). Since 2003 it has worked with Emergencias 112 Extremadura to provide roadside assistance at any time to anyone who needs it.
Grúas Fermoauto has tow trucks and a workshop (multi-brand bodywork, paintwork, mechanical and electrical repairs). Founded by Emilio Fernández Monedero in 1983, it carries out all types of recovery, including water recoveries. It also sells used vehicles. Its fleet consists of some fifty vehicles, equipped to provide any type of assistance.
Ortelli is a company that tows, transports and repairs vehicles and vans of up to 3,500 kilograms (light transport). Founded in 1990, it specialises in urban services and on-site repair. It also offers online support and maximum precision in arrival times, as it has digitalised its work processes, allowing its fleet to be permanently geolocated.
Grúas La Variante provides 24-hour roadside assistance anywhere in Spain and in almost all of Europe. It has a system (Cota Zero), pioneering in our country, that prevents damage to low vehicles, sports cars, motorhomes, etc. With several decades in business, this is not the first time it has received an award, thanks to its work in road safety and the excellence of its work.
