Closing 2024:
2024 has been a year full of challenges and achievements for the Red de Empresas de Auxilio en Carretera (REAC). Since our foundation, we have worked with one clear goal: to be the essential support for drivers at the moments when they need us most. Today, as we take stock of the year, we want to share our progress with you, express our gratitude and wish you happy holidays.
Innovation and continuous improvement in our services
This year, we have expanded our range of services and optimised our operations to guarantee faster, more effective and more personalised service. Highlights of our 2024 initiatives include:
- Faster response: We have cut response times by 20%, thanks to the introduction of advanced technology and the expansion of our network of partners.
- New training programmes: We have trained more than 1,000 professionals in road safety and roadside assistance, making sure we are always prepared for any situation.
- Wider coverage: We are now present in more towns and cities, bringing our services even closer to drivers throughout Spain.
Commitment to road safety
In 2024, our Health and Safety Committee launched several campaigns to raise awareness of the importance of prevention on the road. Thanks to these actions, we have reached more than 500,000 people, promoting responsible habits behind the wheel and sharing useful tips to avoid accidents.
