It is not just a tow truck, it is a life at risk
Behind every assistance vehicle there is a road operator, a professional who has left home so that you can get back to yours. But their safety depends, to a large extent, on you.
When you see an operator working, or law enforcement, medical or maintenance personnel on the hard shoulder:

Reduce your speed progressively.

Signal your manoeuvre.

Change lanes whenever it is safe to do so, leaving a lateral safety space.
#NotOneMore: We cannot allow roadside assistance to become a high-risk profession through a lack of awareness. A moment's distraction or too tight a distance can be fatal.
Your responsibility behind the wheel saves families
